Today’s Breathwork is powered by the productive combo of an almond croissant and a black coffee. Join me today for three rounds of a cyclic breathing which consists of nasal inhalation and mouth exhalation; very good for flushing away a racing mind. We practice holds: 45 seconds for the first round, 60 seconds for the second round and 90 seconds for the last round! Enjoy and thanks for tuning in.

Today’s session we have: a beginners breathing exercise to help reduce stress and anxiety. Your only focus is to listen to my pattern of breathing and to visualise a box as you do it. Nothing else matters for the next 10 minutes; not your job, relationship, work you have to do; argument you just had; just you in this moment. Have fun and I hope it helps.
