2/3 special purvida sessions this week. Yesterday we had the beach sleep story, today I give you a walking meditation you can enjoy whilst enjoying your next walk. The sessions flows as follows: a 3-3 breath to start; followed by a sensory grounding exercise; into a 3 round breathing exercise to finish. Please walk somewhere safe and only do the exercises if they are safe to do so in your surrounding area - I.e. no Breathwork whilst crossing the road with cars. Be safe. Thanks for tuning in!
