I couldn’t think of a sleep title for today’s session. Macbeth came to mind. Backed up by science, sleep is a natural anxiolytic (anxiety inhibitor) if we get enough of it.
Sleep is going to be a huge part of purvida. Which I cannot wait to keep evolving to help you all further.

An evidenced-based way to reduce anxiety is to further our exhales, greater than our inhales. This will reduce the fight and flight stress response, reduce heart rate variability (space between beats) and ultimately lead to a ‘more’ relaxed state of mind.

Diaphragmatic breathing (belly breathing sounds better), has been shown by many studies that it reduces feelings of anxiety and creates calm. Although, I personally don’t believe this is the result for everyone, it certainly brings ‘some’ send of peace and joy.
I think you’ll really like this one.
