Holotrophic is an ancient technique which was used to essentially ‘reset’ the brain. Usually sessions involve three hours worth of fast and deep breathing. I’m delivering it in 12 minutes 🙂 - you’ll still feel the benefits. When we breathe to this degree, CO2 will start to decrease from the body and blood alkalinity will start to increase. When this occurs, certain areas of the brain light up, whilst other areas switch off. This is where we can unlock certain emotions we have buried within us, really escape our mind and leave us feeling refreshed and a sense of peace.

Good day all. This session is designed to calm things down. We use the method of CO2 build up which essentially means we take small and slow breaths of air in, building up CO2 in the blood. This releases oxygen from the red blood cells and into the cells, muscles and brain. We also further our exhale which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, putting us into a state of calm and reducing levels of stress and anxiety.
