Today we explore a very simple practice through prolonged exhales. Lots of studies now show the benefits of furthering your exhale more than your inhale, for calming anxiety. From controlling the fight-or-flight stress response to improved heart rate variability (space between heart beats).
This one is designed to be quick and time efficient for you, to do at a time of stress or mental sabotage.
