The physiological sigh is a practice you can carry everywhere with you. It entails a double inhale and a single exhale and that is all. Consider the double inhale as an ‘atrial reset’ and the exhale as a calming effect. This technique is the basis of heart rate variability; so it’s definitely not a ‘wishy washy made up technique’. I hope you enjoy and use wherever you go!
