Join me today where I start with a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique to kick off the session. It’s a great way to bring some presence back to your day (I needed that this evening)! The second part I run you through two breathing exercises which put us into a calm state by waking up the parasympathetic nervous system. The nervous system we need to be in for rest.
