Good day all. This session is designed to calm things down. We use the method of CO2 build up which essentially means we take small and slow breaths of air in, building up CO2 in the blood. This releases oxygen from the red blood cells and into the cells, muscles and brain. We also further our exhale which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, putting us into a state of calm and reducing levels of stress and anxiety.
