Today I give you a more of an intention session. I set you a focus/task/homework - whatever you want to call it - to focus on for the week ahead. Then we go into a calming 8-4 nose breathing to get you into the session. Followed by three rounds of cycling breathing with exhale holds. It’s Monday, it’s time for another purvida breathwork.
