Today’s session we have: a beginners breathing exercise to help reduce stress and anxiety. Your only focus is to listen to my pattern of breathing and to visualise a box as you do it. Nothing else matters for the next 10 minutes; not your job, relationship, work you have to do; argument you just had; just you in this moment. Have fun and I hope it helps.
